Yeah, I did see the bracket after making the video.

I think they set it up so we don't have to wait until next year for the potential Fedor/Overeem match up. Also, they make all the most desired fights happen right away. Overeem/Werdum. Fedor vs. Winner of Reem/Werdum and then Reem/Fedor winner against likely Barnett.

Fedor is good actually he renewed his contract with strikeforce. Signed sealed and delivered if you can believe it. FEDOR VS REEM as the biggest mma fight of all time.

if fedor vs overeem happens, it happens in the semifinals according to the bracket

fedor vsing overeem or werdum

and the winner from the other side is the number one contender

so in a sense its more a series of matches that make sense for strikeforce
