I dunno if it'll be Kenny who takes the crown from Penn. Penn looked very good his last time out. There's a lot of "unbeatable" looking dudes holding the belts right now. Penn / GSP / A. Silva / Machida / Lesnar.

I believe he is training at Tristar Gym with GSP, Kang, and Firas (GSP's trainer) full time now. Let's hope you're right and he kind of let's them handle his training and he can keep Keith in Beantown.

I guess my main point in all of this is fight your own fight as a fighter and coach to a fighter's strengths if you're their coach. Shore up any weaknesses, but don't expect to turn a sow's ear into a silk purse. You can shine a piece of shit all you want, but it's ain't gonna turn it into gold (case in point - Kenny's wrasslin' abilities). Dellagrote or another coach...just not Keith. This could be the kiss of death (KoD (tm)) for KenFlo unless Keith smartens up and lets pride goeth before the fall. I'd love to see Kenny up in Montreal full time or over in New Mexico (who's Greg Jackson got at LW?). I just don't want to see him rely on a skill he does not have when there are other options.

The muay-thai and cardio aspects of Kenny's game in that fight looked tight, he just didn't use enough of it against Penn. Dellagrotte is a great coach and Keith really isn't. I think this would be a stupid move for Ken-Flo IF (BIG IF), Kenny didn't decide, as he did, to go up to the Tristar gym to train with GSP full time. But Dellagrotte is still awesome. I think Guida will show if Kenny made the right choice because if Kenny does train right, he'll get beat by Clay. 100% Agree with the Lindsay Lohan point btw, haha.
