C.R.E.A.M.: Get the money. Dolla dolla bills y'all

What do Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley, and John Daly have in common? Well, besides being talented athletes, they are all notorious gamblers. They have each spent huge stacks feeding their desire to test their wits, take a risk, and give it (as the cliche goes) 110%... of their paycheque.

Let's take a look at each.

In 1993, the Chicago Bulls with then all-star Michael Jordan, were in a playoff run against the New York Knicks. The night before a game, Jordan was spotted in Atlantic City. He's admitted to his gambling publicly, and recently his son Lil Jordan (aka Marcus), tweeted about spending nearly $60,000 in Vegas over one weekend. 1. Homeboy doesn't make his own money, he lives off daddy, and 2. He's only 20 - not even legal age to gamble/booze/have fun in Vegas. The Round Mound of Rebound is probably one of my favourite athletes turned personalities. He's loud, he mumbles, he doesn't care what you think, and he will give YOU a penny for his thoughts. That's right. He loves to spend that green. He's spent over $10-million on his habits but admitted it's fun and exciting. According to Chuck, "It's not a gambling problem if I can afford it." And yes sir, you sure can. But have you seen his golf swing? Oh man. Speaking of golf...

John Daly is the big bellied dude who wears wacky clothes on the course. Seriously, they're wacky. There's no better word to describe it. He's admitted to having lost $60-million, and that was in 2006. Who knows what the actual figure is now. In 2005, he spent almost $5,000 on slot machines alone.
