Should students foot some of the bill for the proposed 2015 Pan Am Games facilities?
A vote is being held in mid March by the students from the University of Toronto @ Scarborough to determine if they are willing to pay the $30 millions dollars needs to complete the Olympic sized facility. Should current students have to pay the 30% of the costs? What are your thoughts?
