What is a Battle Race?

A battle race is a race to see who can get 25 battle wins. Everyone (except Whotheman employees) are eligible and already enrolled in the race. You just need to be a member (which is free!)

Battle Race Rules

1. A Battle is won when you receive more votes (minimum of 3) than your opponent.
2. The winning battler must have both arguments up
3. All voters must be a unique Whotheman.com member. We will verify each that every member that voted for the winner has a unique IP address or is a unique member to Whotheman.com
4. WTM employees can not participate, but your wins will count against them
5. You can only count one win from the same opponent
6. Topics and arguments must be about sports

Best Practice for Battles

1. We're introducing a new time limit: 3 minutes, so keep your videos under 3 minutes. Why? It encourages more people to view and vote.
2. Battle as many times as you can. The more you battle the better you get. In theory you can battle the same subject 10 times and win the 11th one because you've perfected your arguments.
3. Please do the courtesy of voting for other Battles. If you expect people to vote for you, than vote for other members as well, it's only fair.
4. When voting, PLEASE vote for the argument, NOT the subject line. It's not whether you agree or disagree with the subject, but how well the Battlers present their argument.
5. Be sure to invite as many friends as you can. The more allies you have the faster you pile up those wins.
