look i just dont think that reggie evans will be that great he is gonna be a big let down, i could tell y how he played durin da pre season, nothing great!!! but amir johnson brings that presence and he also has a little edge on offense!!!!

Reggie will def not play much mroe then 10 mins when he first comes back. but anyone who plays rough and mean like he does should be used on a team. colangelo knew what kind of player Reggie is known to be and that's why he signed him. he's so pumped to play too and wants to get on the court asap, you see him on the bench. he's right into the atmopshere and he's part of the chemistry. toronto is quick and altho they're the highest scoring team, they also give up the most amount of points. they need a defensive pick up and not just from antione wright in the 4th quarter. Wright is proof one guy CAN change the defensive energy and reggie doing what he does just for 10 mins or 20 a game will bring added toughness. who wouldn't want that? the raptors are flexible and young, they can adapt. any team can adjust for a good player who can provide what the raptors goal for this season is... D!

look i think people are voting to what they believe in not the better argument!!! amir johnson will do more than what reggie evans will ever do for us< reggie should just take rasho's minutes, which is only a couple of minutes per game. He will ruin the chemistry and take the minutes of guys who deserve it more!! NIMZRAPZ clearly should win this!

Amir fouls a lot and is offense isn't as good as is being told here. Evans will help protect leads down the stretch with his scrappy play. You can't look at reggie's career box score average, he's the type of player who's contribution cannot be seen in a box score! Reggie won't be taking Bellinelli's or Wright's minute's he will be taking Rasho's and some of Amir's which is fine. I don't see Evans ruining chemistry with his minutes.

Reggie is an impressive ball-grabber, and not just rebounds... He may be able to help in the 3rd quarter where the Raps tend to fall apart, however he isn't all that... He is not a defensive force by any stretch of the imagination... Career averages show that quite clearly... 6.6 rebounds 0.8 steals 0.2 blocks, the force is ultimately not with him...
