I still say that Steve Nash is the best point guard in the NBA!

20 point, 20 assist night? Can anyone have a better night than that? You give Nash the opportunity to run, and this is what he can do for you.

Congrats to Peter on great effort. Hope I get your support moving forward. This was like having the Lakers and Cavs go in the first round of the playoffs.

We both have more votes then anyone else in the first round.

WOW...they pulled it off last night, it was touch and go for a while there. Vanilla Ice brought back some memories...lol....Rob Van Wrinkle.......man Rose doesn't pull any punches huh!! Rose, bring it, I'd like to battle you next :)

Jose stats maybe higher than Jacks but that's because Jose plays better comin off the bench. Jose brings a different element to the Raptors where he will come in to control the game if the game is getting out of hand. Jared Jack brings an uptempo ball handling, assisting and driving game to get the Raps off to a powerful start. That's what the Raps need, to come out strong each game and when necessary, switch up the the tempo to have their opponent guessing into whats gonna happen next and come up with a new defensive strategy.

Megatron, I didn't mean for you to be mean at all... It just looked like you were holding back a little... I'm not a Jack hater by any means, but Raps are more lost without Jose then they are without Jack... Are either one the right fit? I don't think so actually... But taking what you have I would still go with Jose any day of the week... I honestly think he is playing back-up because he can make things happen even when he isnt surrounded by starters, Jack can't... Dino, I have never had the pleasure of reading your blog. Perhaps if I had then your arguments would have seen more solid since you say you talk about the topic all the time... Just from listening to the arguments here in this battle, your arguments seemed a bit flat to me... You were both awesome though and I wish you both luck in everything you do :)

He was on reality T.V couple years ago if Raps do not rally and take lead here soon I am saying BOO LARGE...But I am not sticking to watch the madness.

Yup I am covering game tonight if Raps are down to Nets at the half. Vanilla Ice may be in serious trouble.

RoseArcana, thanks for the compliment! Politically Correct? I'm just a guy who can see both sides of the point, and to a point I also agree with Dino. And, just because we debate doesn't mean we can't be polite, it's a fun debate, one which seems to have captured the attention of a lot of Raps fans! Terrible loss by the Raps yesterday, no defense to speak of, I'd like to see what Evans can do, and quite honestly I wouldn't mind seeing a Camby in a Raps uniform

Think last night point out the main point I made durability. Jack has missed 6 games in his career like I said. We have just made two very different arguements Mine is based on things that are much harder to measure. As for people's voting all voting in some sense in a popularity contest. But people who read my blog know my views on the point guard situation and would only vote if they agreed with that view. I said before the season started in my blog that the point guard situation would play out as it has. Jose is a capable starter but seems to fit better in the back-up roll.
