Supervised use of steroids will not make sense as i guarantee you many players will abuse the policy. It will be almost impossible to actually "supervise" the use and many players will claim that they are injured and thus end up using steroids for the wrong reason. And as eldizle said, steroids are not needed in the sport of basketball.
