rugby and american football to me are like comparing the ufc to the wwe. one is real and one is physical but not as tough. rugby is definately tougher. however i dont think im informed enough about american football to make a decision yet. see what the rebuttals bring. loved both videos, kneebar buffet is sooo funny.

This is an interesting battle., dude that is one big cat man! So this battle should be "Rugby" is tougher to play than football, because you can debate this on multiple levels. Rugby is played in over 120 countries internationaly, so in terms of participation, it's Rugby, if it's about revenue generation, no one compares to the Superbowl. It's a very broad topic...
