neighter of wtf or itf is better than other.it depend's on the person who practice one of them and of each one preferences.i've been practicing taekwondo from 6 years ago and i like both of them and i try to fusion in competitions,and it realy help's. respect;)

Im not sure what to say on this! I just recieved my 6th dan in Korea and from KTA. I have a 5 through Kukkiwon but im not 30 so I have to wait for it thought I have already submitted my thesies and I will be a 6th when I turn 30. I have a 4th dan in ITF. I am currently in korea. I think both sports have good and bad points. I dont like that wtf doesnt punch when sparring and not as much of a real fight. As far as ITF Im not sure what I dont like
