i respect gsp, hes a great fighter. i am a huge bj penn fan and the fight left a sour taste in my mouth. i know the grease didnt make much of a difference but i just didnt like it. although he seems like a really nice guy... i find his fights very boring. i bet i take a huge amount of flack from the guys when bisping fights!! i will be cheering him on as you do g.s.p.

you don't like it??? it is a bit of a mis match, there's a huge weight discrepency for sure. You are correct, no one needs to move up or move down..BUT...that is why we have whotheman.com, so that we can debate questionable questions like this :)

GSP would have to devote so much of his time and effort to putting on 15 pounds of muscle, he wouldn't have time to concentrate as much time as he'd like to technique/strategy. Even with adding muscle, he'd still be 15-20 pounds lighter than Silva. I think Silva wins this fight 8 times out of 10. Those people saying GSP NEEDS to go up in weight, need to shut their mouths. Let him dominate 170 first, which contrary to popular belief, he hasn't done. Who in MMA, has NEEDED to move up in weight to create a legacy?! Even with your "strategy" argument Megatron....you do not get my vote. I hate this fight, btw.

I agree with the "plan" thing megatron said, but Anderson would avoid 1 takedown at some point, and then follow that up with a Knee and KO him...But thats just 1 fight. I agree with gsp 2/3, he'll see how anderson avoided him in the first, and then fence him first before going for singles and doubles, or some such adjustment, and then work from there.
